Our Enrolment Process
Step 1: Make an Enquiry or Book a Tour
Step 2: Take a Tour of the Centre
Come and experience the heart of our centre firsthand. During your tour, you’ll explore our learning environments, meet our passionate educators, and see how we create a warm, nurturing space for every child. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit for your family.
Step 3: Join the Waitlist
Loved what you saw on your tour? Secure your child’s place by joining our waitlist. It’s quick, obligation-free, and ensures you’re first in line when a spot becomes available in your preferred room or age group.
Step 4: Enrolling
Once a place becomes available for your little one (and this could be straight away!), we’ll send you an official offer via email and through our parent portal. From there, you’ll be able to review and accept the offer, then complete your enrolment paperwork online. Need help or don’t have access to the internet? No problem — just reach out to us, and we’ll be more than happy to support you through the process so you’re ready to begin your journey with us!
Step 5: Starting Care
The first day is often a mix of emotions — and every child adjusts at their own pace, which is completely normal. To support a smooth and confident transition from home to early learning, you’ll be invited to attend orientation sessions once your enrolment is confirmed. These visits help your child (and you!) feel comfortable, connected, and ready to begin their journey with us.
Fees and Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
We understand that navigating childcare subsidies can be complex. To assist you in estimating your entitlements, we’ve provided a convenient link to the Starting Blocks government website, where you can calculate your potential Child Care Subsidy (CCS). This tool will help you better understand the financial support available to you, making quality early education more accessible.
If you need help navigating CCS, we are more than happy to talk you through it during the enrolment process to ensure we help you maximise your subsidy using flexible hours.
